Hi Everyone please never buy a water purifier from Eureka Forbes Ltd.
As I did a big mistake by purchasing the water purifier spending 21, 000 for a model in September 2018 which never gets it service till now. I am very much disappointed by the attitude of your company as no one turned up for a service. As it was of six months I have recieved a message and call that a service personnel will be attending the service scheduled during February 2019. Even after that I have received a call from Mumbai office and allocated a personal for the service on Saturday ( 7-09-2019), again no one turned up. I am lodging a complaint against you in consumer forum and let me answer then. I have all the records with me and know how to deal with such nasty service. Please don’t sell your products if service can’t be provided.
