Cheat in the name of AMC

Product Elegant RO.Bought Elegant RO and took the two years AMC in July 2011 f. Customer ID 1007290331.


I live in the Sarjapur road area in Bangalore . In march the purifier became very slow and water tasted bad. I called up help line and after one day the Technician from Guru enterprises named Aswath visited my place and found that electric adopter is not working and said he would get it replaced tomorrow.


The next day he came to other flats in my apartment but he kept saying he would visit but then he did not turn up. He stopped taking my calls. I have raised multiple complaints. The help line keeps promising that the problem will be resolved in a day but nothing happened. The Guru agency who does servicing are awful . They did not change filter last year. This time he keeps saying he does not have filter. They are just keen in doing two years AMC by taking Rs 6560. Once they sell AMC they would not change any of the equipment. The help desk is not at all useful. I am planning to take legal recourse if I dont get it resolved in 2 days time.
