I
bought a Inova water purifier almost 1.5 years back. As I understand
there are some free service tp be provided in the Warranty Period. I
missed out following up on these free services and no one from Eureka
Forbes also made any contact. They happily sat silently. Now when I
made a call to the call centre, I got to know that now I need to pay
for the servicing.
So this is what you call a Service Oriented
Company.:-) Who sells the product and forgets.
Those who dont even care about maintaining relations with
client. Why should someone expect me to refer or suggest anyone to buy your
products.
Also door to door sales campaign Eureka guys conduct, I
have kept telling those sales guy to ask someone to call me for the
paid service, b ut no response. So even if there is a service opportunity. they fail to use that opportunity.
Then when I myself called up your call center, they took my request.
But
on the day the Service person came( he came without even fixing up an
appointment) I was on my way out for work. I asked him to come next day
or call me up. Its already a month and I am still awaiting a call.
