I purchased Aquaguard Magna(UV+RO), I purchased it for 17990, not even 1rupee discount given to me. For this features it is highest price in the market. Thought value for money will there. Given 1 year warranty. Since then I faced so many problems with this worthless defective piece. I was busy in office. I used to get calls from my home that filter is blocked not giving water. With in 1 year I have given more than 9 times complaints. I have requested for replacement of the product. But every time one technician used to come and clean the filter and left. After exactly one year same person came and told to give 5000 to make it work fine. It is yearly process must do, from company it is recommended. What the hell u people are thinking. After investing huge and highest price comparing to other market products it won’t give service for even 3years? after that asked them for exchange to only RO water purifier which 9500. and they told in change they will give 500 discount. that means customer who buying their cheap quality products are fools.
