Not Happy with the Service

I have recently purchased a Aquaguard Magna in the Month of Dec’14 through Company’s authorised sales team. The team comes for demo, explains the product, check the hardness of water and then recommend the suitable purifier.


I purchased it through Mr. Anuragi from Euerka Forbes. But after 4 months, the device has stop purifying water. I have called the customer support many times, written multiple mails, lodged multiple service request, but there has been no positive response from the team.


I tried reaching the sales person, but he is not picking up the phone.


So, I am fed-up of the services provided by the Aquaguard team and would request everyone not to buy such expensive product.


It’s totally a waste of money.
