Pathetic Service by Eureka Forbes

Purchased RO system by GREAT Eureka Forbes, I must say it was worst mistake of my life; very honestly was shocked to see their service (I hoped being a service company they must be having good service)


It got installed 7 days after purchase, Water taste was pathetic (Worse than normal water) and Service engineer said he will send liquid to be added to water (Dont know what was it)


I tried calling their local Navi Mumbai service centre number of times but I did not had any response so registered complaint to their call centre on 18th Feb; to my surprise nobody cared to ask about my complaint and I had called their Call Centre atleast 10 times to get a visit by their engineer.


Now saga continues, he confirmed the problem and promised it will be ractified in couple of days and his defination of couple of days was 10 days. I called Call Centre and got land-line number of one Mr. Iyer (Service Manager of Navi Mumbai), I tried to call him many times but he was never available and they will not share his cell number


Finally called their Corporate HO and got assurance my problem will be attended, and after calling HO I finally got call from Mr. Iyer who claimed RO system was not for my use (Can you beleive it!) as it sucks out all the salts from water :( he said he will replace it with some NS system in 2 days. Again I had to wait for 8 days and once again called corporate HO and finally after one and half month of hard yelling at these guys got my piece repaired (It was not exchanged)


Final rating, I wish Mouthshut has 0 star rating, becoz their service is pathetic and nobody listens to customer (including customer service manager) and Call Centre has no clue on complaint


Very dissatisified and I would warn people not to fall pray to service claims of Eureka Forbes, they are WORSE I have ever seen
