I have an Aquaguard Sensa, and the tap has been broken, but I am struggling to find out a Customer response center in Bhubaneswar, the state capital itself. I wonder, how Eureka Forbes promise to build a relationship, where its own site has list of customer response centers and phone numbers, none of which is reachable.
I have never seen such a company, which itself does not know about its own operations.
Attached is a snapshot of their site listing the customer response site, you try any of the phone numbers, none of them are reachable.
Pathetic and crap service.
