"pain for life"

Bought a Sensa machine in 2011, which costed us 20k and then subsequent Amcs for 5k a year. With so much given, the machine goes bad every 6 months and the service people here in Goa are clueless.repeated calls to customer care is not headed at all.


Even after paying so much now have to survive on Mineral water.Either the service standards have gone down miserably with this once service first company or is this a location problem?
