Zero post sales service

When I placed the order at ChandaNager, Hyderabad branch, the salesman came running within 10 min and collected 100% money in advance. He assured to get it installed same day. I started chasing him next day onwards for installation and he started telling that technician is out of town then hospital then the salesman stopped attending the call at all.


Feeling concerned with this attitude, I called their customer care number twice asking for my money back. They agreed to process the refund and disconnected. Next day when I called again, new guy picked up the phone who didn’t have any idea on what I was talking about. I said I want to talk to your senior so he promised to arrange for a call back. Neither I got my money nor the call back till date. Sheer waste of time in talking to the careless 24 hr customer care.


Frustrated with this, I could manage to talk to the branch manager and he assured to get it installed immidiately. After a lot of follow ups he got it installed with 4 days delay.


Post installation, with in 2 days we realized that the technician didn’t connect the water line properly and there was a lot of water leakage in kitchen. I called the service center immidiately and first the service manager committed to send a person by EOD. When nobody appeared, I called him again so he said, it’s not a service issue and he can’t do anything.


I again called that branch manager (ChandaNagar, Hyderabad) and he assued to send the technician by EOD. It’s been 5 days now and I am just waiting. That fellow is not reachable on landline, when asked the operator for his cell number he just disconnected the phone saying "sorry, can’t give".


I am finally paying my local plumber Rs. 200 to get it done. But realized that Aqua Guard team is just unreliable and unprofessional. All they want is your money and don’t bother for anything once they get it. Beware of them!
