We are using aquaguard st2000 for many years, we have even entered into contract with them under amc they serviced only at the time of collecting money and they are completely telling different stories when ever we call for service, and now it is almost not working even though it is under amc, last week new persons doing marketing came and they are interested in selling the latest equipment and they don’t care about the amc which we have made with them, they are even arguing that the amc card is not even valuable because it doesn’t contain address.
