On 16.02.2014 a person knocked the door and said we are from aquaguard and we are offering aquaguard total duo on offer price of RS.14739 instead of online price of RS.19490. I readily paid the total money and he told it will be delivered within a week. And this useless product arrived on 25.02.2014 and installed by so called aquaguard technician on 28.02.2014.
We are family of 3 members and used the water. On 25.03.2014, the water came like drops and never filled the tank. so I called service center and complained. The service person told All filters are blocked so it cost RS1800 +tax The service person didn’t carry any of his tools for repairing and opted me tools. so I gave him Screwdriver etc and while going he took off all my tools for another repair in next Flat and didn’t return it back I called him but he never took the phone(**His number is 8124066541**). Then I took the machine to head office in T Nagar in Chennai.
The service Manager **Venkat (9361879111, 9043731363)** Told he will change the filters and give free of cost. so left the machine with them. After a week I got a call from him stating your machine is ready and you should take the delivery by yourself. went and took the delivery. Another person came and installed it again and water didn’t came even a drop. He removed inside and told Water Pump Motor has failed and even tested the filter none of filters failed to give pressure exit of purified filters.
The service Person also stated that the filters of 4 stages are sale carbon activated and they didn’t put sediment filter and some filters I cant remember their name. So taking my worst Product to service center again. Please I beg every one of the Indian not to purchase this Eureka Forbes product and waste your hard earned money.
