I have bought Eureka Forbes water purifier Duo on 27 th Aug 2012 for my parents. They live in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The sales person who came from Eureka Forbes, his name is Pradeep Mukharjee. After buying this purifiers, from the very 2nd day problem started happening. The motor keeps running and stopping automatically and water was not getting purified. We called a customer care and a guy came and he said everything is good though he saw it was not working. Water was not getting purified. When my parents insisted he says Ill come tomorrow and check. Again we called to customer care and a new guy came whose name was Anand. Now what I will tell will be shocking. That guy discovered that the the water which was actually getting purified was connected to the waste water outlet and the waste water was connected to the purified tank. I was all surprised because I took the expensive model because I wanted the Best product. Sensa was not available so I couldnt buy that product which is the most expensive model Eureka has currently.
Anyways let us move on. He corrected the issue and said there is a water pressure issue and he did something and said it will work fine. After couple of days same problem started. Till then we followed but hard luck. The sales guys says my job is to sell the product and I dont care what happens later. He talked to my parents very rudely. If I was with my parent or in-front of that guy I would have slapped him talking rudely with my parent. How dare he is to talk rudely with my parents.
I would recommend all the people not to Buy any product from Eureka Forbes. Forget about product, Im well educated and I understand sometime products can have issues but their customer service is worst. Their sales person are so bad and doesnt know how to talk. Im gonna call their customer care and tell them to take their product back. At this point probably that is the Best I can do. I would say never ever buy product from Eureka Forbes.

UPDATE: As soon as I posted my comment here, looks like somebody from Eureka forbes team contact my local branch and they asked my them to look into the matter and fix the issue.
In a very next day, couple of guys came and they put an extra small pump to increase the pressure of the water. They asked us to see how it works for next 15 days and upon our satisfaction only they will charge for extra pump and fix it permanently. It is working fine so far and hope it will work nicely.
Thanks to You Siddharth or the manager who asked my local Eureka Forbes branch to look into the issue! I was more upset not because equipment was not working but because of the guy who was out spoken and doesnt know how to talk to customer or my parents. Especially when my parents were humble enough talking to eureka forbes customer care nicely though they had enough reason to be upset. I hope he would have learnt his lesson and will talk to customer nicely. One should understand that if one treat customer nicely, many issues can be ignored by customer as well.
