I have bought an aquaguard total duo on 24mar2014 and the dealer was very friendly and within 1 day he installed. But after 50 days, UV lamp started flashing and no water comes.
I have called the dealer (named ELEC power systems, Chennai-56) and asked him for his support. Almost, last 20 days he said he will come and rectify. Nothing happened.
Then we complained in the customer service center. Complaint number 76296464 and nothing happened. Then we escalated and escalation number is 76340913. Nothing happened. I lost hope. My biggest mistake is, buying this worst aquaguard water purifier even after reading MouthShut worst ratings.
I bought this on 24mar2014 with the cost of 19490 INR, serial number 6007479.
Now almost, this dump unit is waste. I am going to throw in dustbin. I assume, I have given Rs 19490 to a beggar called "Eureka Forbes".
Gentlemen and ladies, please don’t buy any Eureka Forbes product. Failure teaches you lessons. If we don’t learn from failure, then failure will not teach you in the future.
