I purchased this product in now 2013. Since then every 2 weeks I am calling the call centre of Eureka Forbes. Initially the installation was incorrect, making the water leak from the box. Then the tap was leaking. Following that every 2 weeks there is a blockage.
I am really frustrated with this product. After spending 15k+ I am still spending money to buy water from outside. The support is even worse you need to raise at least 5-6 complaints and then fight with the call centre people to ensure one service guy lands up.
2 weeks back I changed the filter already spending 600 rs and now again problems and following up with the service to send a person for the last 4 days. when buying the product they promise but that is not delivered. If Eureka forbes guys are hearing pls rectify this else people will no longer buy you products.
