Treats you like king till you buy, after sales ...

Have been using aquaguard Enhance RO for 2 years.Their after sales service has been pathetic and there has been no response to the numerous calls.


My parents reside at home and we have round the clock security. Still the services were not done stating "Customer not available" in their service log.


My water purifier is not in working condition for past 5 days and still no one has come for service. There is no response to my numerous chase ups.
