Please kindly Note:- I want to register my complaint about your product which I’d purchased on 24/04/2012 from your Eureka Forbes Ltd.This is aquaguard Green RO model costing 12, 990 Rs.
Sales person details Mr Abhijit ( Css Code 9061233)
1) Plumber came for installation after making follow ups.
2) I logged compalint on 7 May -- No.66606954 and On 8 Jun again ( No. 67005585 ) But is is of no use. Some times my call was disconnected by service rep.
3) I even called many times directly to the service center - No 020-25420531 - Cell no 9923408851. But till date I just got false promises.
4) I also tried calling area rep Mr Joshi - 9326695345.My call is not getting answered. This person is supposed to be sales rep of pune area.
As no water filling in purified water storage tank its of no use. I feel its a waste of money.
I would recommend people not to go for Eureka Forbes Aquaguard unless and until you have ample time to run around these people for service and have lot of money for wasting on purchase of products which are of no use.
They have absolutely no values & emotions even if your family is not getting a basic necessity like ’DRINKING WATER’.
4) It is bring to your kind notice that, if my complaint is not addressed within next 24 hours for resolving the problem faced by me. My family was suffered with health issues and
now we have to buy drinking water.
I need your clarification regarding all these issues in writing
