This is the worst buy ever. Read the features on their website and it doesn’t say anything about its biggest feature - For every litre of water that you need to purify and collect, the machine wastes 4 litres of water! Not to mention, the amount of noise it makes which drowns even the noise from our mixer.
Until we finalized the product and made the payment, the Eureka Forbes guys never told us about this. Only after we thought there was something wrong and called the service guys, they said this is how the product works - and went on to try to fool us saying this is how ALL water purifiers work. Please do not buy this product EVER!
I dont even want to give it the single star.
