My RO filter get malfunctioned last year. So I decided to buy a new one. I searched for the best product available in the market. Eureka forbes RO was costing around Rs 15000. Then I met a friend of mine who knows a place where a local company RO is been assembled. When I asked the price of a assembled one, it was costing aroung Rs 5500. I was shocked to see the price difference. I asked the reason for this, vendor said the big brands like Eureka and many others invest a lot in marketing and ads. So that will also be included in the price. Asking about the quality of components, he said they are using beat quality components and you can check it from any other third party.
I purchased that RO and it is working perfectly fine.
