The worst service possible

My experience with Eureka Gold Nova aquaguard was pathetic, to say the least. I had taken AMC and my repeated calls to the customer care received no attention. They would promise service within 48 hours, but nothing happened all the time.


I escalated my requests to others in the chain, but no one attended. It was very frustrating. Now, I am planning to go with PureIt. If you are thinking to buy from Eureka Forbes, think twice. You may have to regret you decision later.
