Problem not resolved. My review on the above mentioned "Title" might have been attracted the attention of the company corporate personnel, but no use.
The intervention of a franchise-man who met on the review repeating the same stories with a requesting manner to pay him the amount Rs.4050-00 for better service of the unit, and further adding that it is a company policy. He is just repeatedly reciprocating the same story, and so sorry.
The franchise-man neither "do something" nor "do nothing" to the customer, except to collect the said money.
