I purchased my Infinity purifier in Pune two years ago. No service provided within warranty period. I am tired of calling customer care they say our person would visit in 2 days. I am waiting for those 2 days since past 2 years. Moreover customer care does not have any training to talk, one time guy told me that he will ask executive to come and test water and suggest you which purifier to buy, I was asking for servicing and they were trying to sell me product. They don’t give you a request number so there is no way you can have a reference or track.
Nobody should buy Aquaguard purifiers my water purifier is running for past 2 years without any service I am not sure whether its genuine or not, without service it should have stopped working. I am looking to buy another company’s purifier since these guys are pathetic.
