To the brand manager ->
Aquaguard. You seem to be the only accountable and responsible person in whole of Eureka Forbes.And in all these years Where were you?Why do you think there are so many complaints? How are you going to address each one of them, especially people who dont have access to internet.
Or are your company loosing the grip on the market against the competitors, to have opened this problem redressal mechanism.And what if you join some other company, who will take care for the Forbes Customers?Doesnt this imply:forbes is not Employee-Centric and hence there is no value for customers, coz employee is the one who interacts with the customers/clients.
Looking for a responsible reasonable and accountable solution from the Eureka Forbes or the days are no far when some others will take over this high brand and name.

Hi I am planing to buy a water purifier.
I was going through the comments for/againts aquaguard.I was shocked to see the comments for AQUAGUARD.
All products and service complaints only and that too in bulk.
So finally going through so many comments on aquaguard, almost all against aquaguard product and service, finally I have decided not to go for Aquaguard/eureka Forbes.
We should eliminate any irresponsible and unaccountable products services -organizations from the business.
Dear Brand manager is adressing all these concerns one by -one in this site.I would request you to
please append all complaints together and send the "same" to Aquaguard managers .hope braNDmanger will help us for the same.and this is just a handful comments for people accessing this site and who have access to internet.the overall response would be amzing.
Is this the value for money, or continual service you are providing.
Aquaguard should apologise for the pathetic service and assure for the better products and service or should quit from the market if they cant assure service towards products, society and mankind.Its a complete insenstive outlook.
