.One of Aquaguard’s sales representative named Mr.Murugan(Emp ID: 9044673) approached us and we are satisfied with the product and purchased an “Aquaguard total Enhance” on October 8th, 2011, from your shop located in No: 38, 1st floor, GST Road, Nandhivaram Village, Guduvanchery, Chennai – 603202.
At the time of purchase, your sales representative promised as they will be testing the standard of the purified water and will provide a cover for the product as a free gift(Which is not part of the product package). The device is installed the next week and till I’m calling them for the test and cover and there is no proper response. It is more than 3 months and till now, I had made up to 25 calls on a regular basis.
We really appreciate the initiative by giving free gifts, but if they are not able to provide it, why can’t they avoid such “FAKE PROMISES”, which totally make the trust curve down on Aqua products to recommend the same to others.
