Worst Post Sales, Service; No Free Service

I bought Aquaguard Total RO in 2006 for approx 15000/- From that day to till date I had never ever seen a single eureka forbes person who have come for those so called free services.


This product is simply great which is why it is selling. & this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with.


For the original receipt of purchase (Invoice), I had to follow with these people and wrote mails to their Mumbai Headquartes; and only after that (3 months after purchase) was able to get the original invoice.


After that I had to shift my house (In Bangalore itself from Munnekolala to Banaswadi); Called up more than 20 times to take it out from my existing house and again 20 times for fixing it in new place .No-one came to fix this thing (I have somehow managed to do it with a local plumber).


Since the day I had bought this thing, I have no problem regarding Water purification or this unit, ’it’s awesome’; But the company which sells it is simply the worst.


& if eureka forbes happened to see this review; I want to ask them ’You commit free services of the products you sell; till now I have never seen a single person coming to my place for servicing, not even a single service; and none come’s to set it up as well, inspite of raising many requests.’


Last I had a login id in eureka forbes website, through which I had updated my address, written many times for servicing, as well as fixing this stuff. Now they had denied me login also, saying userid ’jodha23’ doesn’t exist and also the forgot pwd link gives, my email id is not registered and I have email from eureka forbes site in my inbox of registration.


Really Creep Service, which doesn’t know how to handle a customer in simple ways.
