I bought the Aquaguard RO + UV
They serviced periodically, then just as the service period was over after a year. They kept calling me service is due, the technician did something to the machine and within 2 days my boys fell sick with stomach infection, they deliberately did not leave any number and didnot register on My Gate security app as they had come to another building, so they entered on sly. Then I started getting messages that warranty is expired and I need to take AMC worth 4500/- in that my filter will be replaced(in the 1st place it was spoilt by their technician only, , ). They are openly thugging people, with no remorse. Aquaguard by Eureka Forbes should be banned by Health organisation. They are playing with people’s health by providing bad water and looting in name of AMC
