This product is as such good. The pathetic after sales service makes this product worthless. Paid 14K an purchased it around 1 and half years back. Have to fight from day 1 for installation, the wall mounting stand...then for regular free services...remind them (we calling them :( ) for close to at least 4 to 5 times to make sure we have someone do the service. The support number whch they provide will act as if they are really surprised that no-one has paid visit for the service. They will provide all the Supervisors numbers for escalation which they will neither pick up or say standard answers "the service person will be there by 8 PM, 9 PM, 11 AM, etc"...etc...and do not even pick up the phone when you call them back.
Again you need to start from scratch ...calling the support number...and get the escalation contact...oh boy...!
If you want to check whether you are BP. Yeah you might think that you are taken care by installing a water purifier for your familys health...but for sure the after sales service people will make your BP, Cholesterol, and all other nerve related diseases...increase...every time you call them..!
If you want to commit suicide ...slowly....please purchase this product...or for that matter any product from Eureka forbes...!
