Poor customer Service

I have purchased Water purifier and Vacuum cleaner from Eureka forbes last year. ( 2008)

I called up the Service Dept to replace the water purifier filters on 3 Sep 2011.  (Request no 0063594689 ). The Service Rep promised that the problem will be attended ina day or two. Nothing has happened.


I promptly followed up on 10 Sep 2011. The Rep acknowledged their delay and again promised that the technician will come on the same day. Guess What....Nothing has happened. After few days, like a Ghajini Mohammed, I called up Eureka Forbes.


The same story was repeated. And now its 27 Sep 2011.The iorny is the Eureka Forbes service center is very near to my house, just 5 mins away. Eureka Forbes is only bothering about sales and there is no focus on after sales service..
