I bought a Total RO system about four month back(cust id1006128290). During sale time service was excellent, sales executive was very nice and available all time for all queries.
During sale time, I was promised there is free gift hamper( one aquaguard travel bag, set of water bottles and two umbrellas) which will be delivered within 7-10 days after sale process. I was also promised eight free services happen without any customer initiation.
It has been four months since I bought the system no gift hamper delivered. Everytime I call customer service I am being advised to talk with sales executive. Sales executive making excuses and now does not even attend call. pathetic experience! is it the way sales happen for a direct sales company? I am surprised.
Same with quarterly service, no service happened at end of three months. I called up Hoodi circle center and still waiting for rep to come and service the equipment.
