About an hour ago Eureka Forbes personnel opened my machine , Total Sensa, bought in nov 2009, and there I saw ( I have the photos) dead flies, ants and thick black sediment in the water.
The Barat service centre manager, cum proprietor told me that he will see what can be done. Albeit he was more interested in finesse of language rather than helping me. He is an utterly arrogant man. I was drinking this water and so was my 7.5 month old daughter.
This in spite of Barat people servicing me every month. Never trust eureka forbes. I was ill and so was my daughter and I have the prescriptions to prove this. we both had tummy problems and now I am thinking of taking legal action against the indifferent Eureka Forbes people.
We stand defrauded of money and time, cheated of good health and as a bonus we have been humiliated repeatedly by the Barat people.
