I am the owner of the Aquaguard Royale and not Total WP system(as mentioned in the header) and once again this year I had to call in to renew my AMC. After several calls, the technician from the Koperkhairne service centre, Sanjay, shows up on 27th Jan. When he finished changing the candle and the carbon, upon closing the cabinet the LED lights fall off. The last time when he had fixed it, he had just taped it and I remember having inquired if this was the right way to go about it. That time he said that he knows how to do his job. Now he tells me that the last time he had taped it and that is why it had fallen off. So, he has to take it to his workshop where he will weld it properly. He said that he would bring it back the next day itself. I then give him the cheque for the AMC and he leaves.
Since then there was no sign of him. After two days I call up the proprietor of the serivce centre and he tells me that one of the LED has been damaged. I tell him that there was no problem with the LED while I was using it. It had only come loose due to the taping of the ends. He assures me that the technician will do the needful the next day. Since then there was no sign of the technician.
Then I call in customer care and lodge a complaint mentioning all this. The details are below:

Since then I have called up the service centre at Vashi and informed them of the same. They keep telling me that the call will be attended.
So far nothing has happened.I do not understand why Eureka Forbes keeps such service centres that are incapable of providing service. They collect the annual AMC and then just disappear.
