FALSE PROMISES AND LIES!
I have been making incessant calls to them for more than 5 days now. Every time I call, the representative assures me that a technician/engineer will call back but not a single call have I got till now. The water that flows contains minute impurities and white coloured solid particles. A day back when I called them and reported about the false promises, the agent gave me a guarantee that someone will be at my doorstep the next morning but no one came nor did they call me.
I called up again and escalated it with a supervisor who assured me that someone from the nearest service centre will come to my house within a an hr and he will also check with the service centre and call me back within half an hr but he didn’t call me either. AS customer, I have been lied to and not only that was forced to drink tap water. Today my mother and father were both taken to the hospital for food poisoning and the doctor confirmed that it could be because of the water consumption.
Luckily for me, my uncle is a lawyer at the high court. I had recorded all my calls with them since I knew about their pathetic lack of service. We have decided to file a complaint at the national consumer court against the medical costs as well as other pecuniary losses accounted for by my father’s absence from work amounting to a total of 19, 00, 000.00 INR.(Yes, nineteen lakhs as we don’t have medical insurance and also, I have made innumerable phone calls wasting my time and money.) Unfortunately for them, their website does not have even a complaint email id listed where I could intimidate them about this.
