Pathetic Eureka Forbes service for a good product

I bought this around 13 months ago and never faced any problems until this week. After the periodic filter cartridge was changed by Eureka Forbes serviceman last week, my product has started giving problems. It has stopped working completely, none of the LEDs light up. On calling up the customer care, they send the same technician, who makes 2 visits again and tells me that the PCB(motherboard) needs to be replaced. I say alright but I shall only take and pay for a new replacement PCB.


I had strictly instructed that I will not be accepting a used/refurbished PCB. Despite this the technician was trying to pull one over me today and was attempting to replace the’supposedly faulty’ PCB with a used board that was even older than the one currently on my filter. I had to refuse this old board and asked the technician to get me a newer one instead. He refuses saying that I have this is simply unacceptable and very bad customer service from Eureka Forbes.
