Aquaguard.known as pani ka doctor , but this doctor failed to give proper treatment and today I am facing the difficulties like anything.
I have drinking water issues after my change of room in Phulbani, Odisha. After I communicated with Aquaguard service number after searching internet. They convinced me about their service and I was also convinced and finally bought home AQUAGUARD ELLITE RO+ UV+ TDS 6 litres model white colour in Aug/2016.
For first 2 weeks all went good but after that I had issues. Water started leaking from the backside of the purifier. When I conveyed the same to technical person available, his response was delayed by a week. In the meantime my little daughter also had health problems but the aquaguard personnel took very casually.
Later there head from Bhubaneswar had a visit, who checked my device and said this type of device comes one in every 100. They tested & confirmed error in PCB & assured to replace it with a new one. But its 2 months till now but they are not responding.
After they said to register a complain, and I got a complain no 2000814879. Still there same technician visited & reacted as if it was for the first time.
The same person also charged me Rs 1500/- towards installation charge. But it is totally free. So it is requested to anyone trying to purchase , not to give any money/charge to any person. If they charge, they are fraud.
After few days their representive said they will replace after registering 3 to 4 complaints. WHAT THE HELL!
A technician cannot give judgement for the problem in the device.
So, what kind of service is aquaguard providing?
Humiliating customers!
Now I have to call aquaguard for my problem.
AQUAGUARD is becoming a company with no ETHICKS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
SO BE AWARE & wise while purchase !
I am still waiting when my problem will be solved by these tricksters who try to convince customers based on past performance.
Today its service is a waste of time & money.
