Well I know about aquaguard a long time back but never took yhe opportunity to use there service. But today I can say it is now a worst service provider being such an old brand in the market of water purifier.
I purchased this model ELEGANT RO UV TDS regulator after discussion with the Aquaguard helpline no, where they convinced me about their quality product and service but its been 3 months from now, I have used this productonly for a month as it is having frequent problems relating to its functioning.
This model PCB system is not working properly & followed by this there is regularly water leaksge from the downside of the machine. After long night operation of the machine, the machine is unable to filter the water. The TDS of input water is same as output. Repeatedly query is registered but there service engineer niether attends properly in time nor do they replace it with another one.
I took this model because of its simple elegant looks but now it seems to me a horrible decision to go with AQUAGUARD.
Purification was good at the beginning but not working since last 2 months, neither there service engineers are giving any proper feedback.
Service & consumer feedback is not being responded. So its not thst brand thst it was used to be.
