1) it says 16 lt. water is purified to output 4 lt. pure water. and the process never ends even if you leave it on for 12 Hours.so there are 50% nights in the past 4 months when I bought water from outside . our average drinking water requirement is hardly 3 lt / Winter .to 5/6 lt in Summar
2) Once you call up Aquaguard to resolve this - service person will ask you to get to a 3500 Rs Contract for yearly maintenance - which is equivalent to 48-60 Days of supply of water if you ’d bought this from market.
3) Aquaguard always pushes you to buy iron / arsenic guard filters / this and that filters .rather than servicing the machines own assembly - which makes me believe that this product is manufactured with lowest quality materials. Not sure about other aquaguard products
4) To install this product in a flat do not trust the aquaguard installer man . he screwed up drilling a pipeline in my flat . ended up paying 2500 for repairing the pipe, cementing the concealed wall , coloring the wall and changing the tiles.
