I ordered it online recently.
They advertise it everywhere that installation is free n within 48 Hrs.I got it after a week.that too after calling them twice daily.Everyday they will ask for address and would say tomorrow till 12 noon u ll have it.
Morever I didnt even like this product.No mineral water, no tds reduction nothing.
Its jst a box which gives u water free from sediments.Before buying it, I confirmed abt it to the customer care, they said it ll be good fr TDS less than 400.Bt men who came for installation said it is not good fr such tds.Now whom should I beleive. I totally disliked the product and spcly customer service.
