Dear Eureka Forbes, I would like to have your kind attention on my Service Request which I have lodged and your service person came after calling 100 times in Customer Care, When customer care has done nothing then diretly I have to call to Service Centre.
After many calls, Follow up Service Guy finally came to my home. He Rectified the Problem. It is the 3rd Time when my RO got failed to purify the Water which is very necessary for the home where Small child live.
I Request you to kindly give me the Replacement or give money back. Within the 2-3 Months it is creating lot problem.
I will never Recommend this RO to anyone.
Service Support is really very BAD.
