We purchased this product from Ramesh Corporation - Ahmedabad.Aqua Sure(RO+UV)
After using for one month, this product was not giving desired results.(TDS Results are 19)
We lodged a complaint at the Call Center and after frequent followups at Ramesh Corp and at the Call Center, engineer attended after 3-4 days and it’s more than 8-9 days issue is unresolved.Family members suffered health issue after using this product and Euroka Forbes is not at all serious in resolving this complain.
There was no response from Ramesh Corporation(Ahmedabad-CG Road) and Eureka Forbes Engineer.
I am surprised at the kind of service they are providing in Ahmedabad.
