I bought this purifier one year ago and it worked good for three months, but after that the real problem starts with the filter which strucked and water not coming out.Then I called customer care service and I didn’t get quick response, they came after 5 days, where I am having a one year old baby which is difficult to me to manage without water.
Then they replaced it with new one and it costs around Rs 2000/- and no service charge due to warranty period.Then it worked well for a month and again got problem suddenly stop working.
Again I called this time they came much earlier and told to clean the filter regularly and service the whole purifier in 3 to 4 months which will be better to maintain this.The service charge costs around 300 to 500 per visit so it almost costs 2000 Rs for yearly maintenance which is so expensive and feels not worth for this product.
Design is somewhat good.
I am totally dissatisfied and frustrated to maintain this product and planning for a change to kent Purifier which costs low maintaining charges(having in my friend home)
