This company Eureka Forbes though made them popular by knocking every door once in every week and irritate everyone to an extend we will be pushed to hang a message at door saying "Please Go off Eureka Forbes Marketing People" is really pathetic in after sales service and even in the quality of their product.
Never ever go for their products as they seems to do an organized cheating by selling useless products(except for the vacuum cleaner).
I bought the Eureka Forbes Aquasure Spring fresh RO few months back by paying Rs. 12500. From day one it was not working and pathetically dripping the water which no one can even taste. When complained it was told that it will improve in couple of days. weeks went but inspite of several calls to the seller(Jainsons Trichy) and to the Eureka Forbes customer service number no one turned up. Whenever you call they will say they will come in a couple of hours but only to never turn back.
There is no toll free centralized call center. shame on them. You call one number . sure you will be directed to another and another and another then to come back to the same number. by this time your warranty period will be over. Now they will respond to the call and even come to attend the issue and shamelessly say that the entire unit has to be replaced and you would have called before and now better you pay for Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) of 30% to the cost so that they can fix the issue and come servicing with preventive maintenance. Even so called Mafia will have some ethics on what they do.
Sending emails to customer service is another joke on these shameless company. Seems they tag all mails sent to the customer service directly to their junk folder. You never get any reply from them.
They are pretty organized as you can not find any standard procedures followed by real companies. No Centralized Call Center with toll free number, No acknowledgement for the calls booked, No reply for emails sent, No call logging number for calls made, no regional support number published anywhere, all numbers you get through someone or the person / company who sold the product will become obsolete or invalid, whoever you contacted once will not be there when even you succeed to get the number and make a call, they never maintain any trace of what they do including the service call.
You can hear only all sort of filthy shameless promises from the so called professionally trained service person.
Now you know what. this so called RO system which is supposed to filter Salt and toxic material is now have flakes of salt in the water container. We haven’t used even 10 litres of water so far after spending 12500. Now as usual we purchase the Bubble top Water from the mineral water vendors for just 25 for 20 Litre.
Never ever purchase any product from this organized shameless cheaters directly or from other retail and lose your valuable money and peace of mind.
