Pathetic customer service and support

I am Pramod, bought Eureka Forbes AquaSure Storae water purifier - 3PC on 3rd Oct 2010.


Three months back I requested for the free Superkit Shield through online portal. I couldn’t get any response from the Eureka forbes, so I called Customer care number 3988 3333 on March 15th 2011 and place request again. But till today I haven’t got the delivery of the superkit shield. I might have called the customer care around 8 to 10 times for the same but all in vain.


Following are the reference IDs : 84515776, 84646329.  Each time I call the customer care they tell that they have taken it to the concern department. I am frustrated with this type pathetic service. I never expected it from Eureka. Very very pathetic service.
