Eureka Forbes AquaSure Water Purifier

No service at all more than 30 days over

I have a two year running contract (AMC) for service. Had lodged a request for installation of the aquaguard at my newly shifted address and also a service.


The first request was placed on 14thJune 2010. The water purifier is not yet installed and neither serviced till date i.e. as on 15th July 2010. After 15 days daily followup, someone turned up and said that some parts would be required and that he would fetch the required part and return the next day but in vain. I have been following up with the call center number every two days and every time was promised that someone will turn up next day, but till date no one has turned up and the AQUAGUARD is of no use to me.


I even tried calling up the Service Head Qtrs at Bangalore but the number is coming as no reply.


The request no. placed on 14th June is 83048172 for service and 88059319 for installation.


May be the company does not have a tracking mechanism to manage their calls logged in or do not understand the importance of the product to a family and also takes its customers for granted.
