My father once bought this filter as water is very dirty and polluted these days so to sustain good water quality we bought it and faced many unwanted problems with this.
The water purifier is user friendly as it clearly show the amount of water left and to be added, easy to refill and easy to use and operate. Is it much handy as it is light weight and can is portable anywhere.
The style and design of the purifier is good and simple but not much attractive as other purifiers like aqua and kent. This model is very basic and old stylish model.
It was working very good initially but slowly the water was not getting purified and dust was coming along with it. The tap used to get clogged many times and due to bad filter small micro organisms started to develop inside.
When the filter was not working good we contacted the service and support but they tell to stay on line but no representative speak to us and after mailing us they called us and said that out complaint has been put forward and soon our agent will come and service it. But for next 2 months no one came. When we again contacted them and spoke rudely they came and took it but they gave again only after 25 days and still the filter is not working good as before.
