I purchased this water purifier from More Megastore for my Personal Use. When I first added water I got lot of white particles in the water after filtering also so I called customer care and they told me that drain the water for 2-3 times then it will work perfectly.
I did that but didn’t get any result so I thought OK No problem may be that is something which will be OK after 2-3 days of use but just after 3 days the Filter Chocked and water was not going to bottom container so again I called the customer Care Service and yes they are very first and reach my home within 2 hours but when he saw the Purifier he told me that I repair RO water purifiers I don’t how to repair this so I will send another one and aggfter 2 days some one else came from their team and checked the purifier for 2-3 hours and told me that it can’t be fixed and you need to replace the Filter but I don’t have the filter and I will give you that after 2-3 days and it will cost you 400-500 so I asked him it is only 5 days why I need to give anything so he told me their is no warranty on the filter so I threw that filter and promised myself that I will never use anything from Eureka Fobes in my life.
