We bought security cameras from them.First they never came to install. They came to install after constant calls & repetitive requests.
Now its been months since its not working properly & they are not coming to repair it. We have tried all means from calls to talking to manager to customer care to mails, but nothing works with them. All hard work from our side went in vain. Such a big brand name & such poor service. The name is going down the drains. Worst after-sale services ever seen.
They will not sustain for long in this competitive world if they do not change their attitude towards their customers.
Highly disappointed!Never trust this company, their products & services.
