Halloo Reviewers, I have used this product some three years back. It is a worse kind of domestic R O filter. Its Hi-Pressure Pump failed within 3 months of its installation.
Their service representative replaced the same after some 10 days. Then I had to face excess water drainage problem as compared to available drinking RO Water, When I reported this problem to the dealer’s office at Bhilai, it took 15 days to attend, and the drain water decreased only marginally.
Their service engineer advised that it will improve only after I replace its MEMBRANE FILTERS. and that too on chargeable basis. Replacing the MEMBRANE FILTER so soon( i.e. within 7 months), was not acceptable to me. Therefore I decided to get rid of this equipment by all means. I personally feel they have bad after-sales service, And their Sales and service personals are not well conversed about the product.
