Update:-
I sent the original email this below to the senior management of Eureka Forbes. I was so impressed to see a prompt and very responsible response with in 4 hours from Mr.Vinath Hegde(GM - CRM-Mumbai). He looped SRM Reddy(DY.GM –Sales) to take care of this issue. Things got resolved in next 4 hours. In fact they delivered incorrect product around 01:00 PM but then I replied back to the same senior management they did not reply me anything after the first reply, they took the incorrect item back and got the right one delivered by 05:00 PM. I am sure they whipped somebody

I am sure Senior management of Eureka Forbes understands the competition(PureIT, Kent, LG, Whirlpool) wants to really do well. But then the middle management and direct sales field employees doesnt seems to understand this.
I hope they do well with the installation(After Sales Service), I am scared that I will have to chase them for installation and regular service of changing filters when we call them. Every one expects to not do anything more than they promise. But they dont even keep up their promise.

I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO+ UV+ MTDS but on 20-01-2017 14:07:05(Friday) . Attached all the receipts and documents of the purchase. I was promised that the water purifier will be delivered on Saturday noon or Saturday evening.
Now its been its been Monday late evening and still it has not even been delivered ever after I paid the full amount of Rs.18, 450/-
I felt myself so shameful to get this treatment by Aquagaurd employees by playing hide and seek in getting this item delivered.
I had Aquagaurd for the past 18 years the classic model. I used to have service issues and I evaluated other purifiers like KENT and PUREIT before making purchase decision on Aquagaurd thinking that Aquagaurd service would be better that those two.
But before even having the item delivered I started having issues. Will you accept paying full money and waiting for the product to see nothing even after 3 days?
I am so so disappointed with this. I have never ever felt this terrible about a purchase of a item in my life. because I couldnt see the item in my eyes even after paying full payment of 18, 450/-. This is absolute nonsense. Please have the concerned department folks to cancel my order and refund my money, because I lost my confidence that I will get my item. I do not want to go any more higher than this because we all have other better jobs to do.
