Pathetic Service

We had a technician visit 1.5 months back for servicing the device. He insisted us on changing the candles just after completion of 1 year of purchasing the product. We did it by paying Rs.2300+ 350 service charge. The techinitian told us that we will receive a notification for reset shortly. He would come and help us reset for free of charge.


Now when we call back for reset they are asking us to pay again. They are just looting money. The customer service executives are too rude. They never cooperate on the first go. Secondly they keep some pending work so that we call them every 2 months for service.


Worst customer service ever I have seen. Never buy products from this company. They will just loot money from you in the name of servicing the device.


Though the produt is good I would rate them zero for their service.
