I had purchased this product from company sales representative directly but it was not working properly.water wastage was 80% approx.they sent representative who failed to rectify. I request them to return the product as per company policy, but they refuse by telling that this policy applies on online purchase only.and told that they will get it done, but the problem never solved and after 4 months the water stopped filtering totally .i made complain, there representative came.open the filter and hammered ro candle and flowed reverse water and fitted.i told him to check tds but he told that he don’t have tds meter.i was shocked to hear that he had came to repair ro machine without having tds meter.any how water filter started for 3 days and after that again it stopped.i again complained but till now not got service. friends I am aqua guard customer since more than 30 years but now it is not as before. neither in service, nor in quality.i strongly suggest you "dont buy this model specialy
