I am a Forbes Easy Clean Plus(https://eurekaforbes.com/vaccum-cleaners/forbes-easy-clean-plus) user for several years. Recently, I lost the inside Air Dust Net Bag of my vacuum cleaner. Sent an email to their customer support asking where I could buy that online or through any of their service centers.
In return they sent me a long questionnaire asking me about my details etc. Sent all required info and after several weeks someone from their call center called back giving me the phone number of the nearest service center. Coordinated with them and even after a month they could not arrange the part. The lady then directed me to their area team leader who did not respond to my calls / messages. Last month I finally called up Eureka Forbes customer care and the representative told me that this would require a Rs. 425 service/visit charge+ part price to be borne by me as the product is out of warranty.
I just need the missing part. I dont need a service visit! Why should I pay for the visit if I know what part I need and can install it myself? Sent several escalation emails to their Consumer Care heads Anu Kotian and Vinath Hegde however even after reading my emails they care least to respond!
This is very upsetting. Will never recommend Eureka Forbes products to anyone!
